L’altro giorno, in una giornata di sole splendida, sono tornata a pranzo in uno dei miei posti preferiti: il Ferlaro Restaurant Bar. Quest’estate ci andavo molto più spesso perché i tavolini all’aperto e l’aria un po’ più fresca davano sollievo al gran caldone della Città, da quando è iniziato l’inverno un po’ meno, ma è pur sempre un piacere!
Il menu è diversificato, cambia anche frequentemente e ha qualche influenza fusion. Il pesce e le carni sono ottime come anche anche i primi e i dolci, finalmente un menu fresco e un po’ diverso dai soliti cappelletti e tortelli che a Parma centro vanno molto!
La location, come potete vedere, è speciale: un perfetto mix di rustico e moderno immerso nella campagna.
La presentazione dei piatti , come tutto il locale in genere, è molto curata, i camerieri sono molto attenti e disponibili.
Ogni tanto organizzano anche qualche festa la sera con cena e pre disco che è sicuramente una valida alternativa ai soliti locali

Two days ago, in a beautiful sunny day, I went back for lunch in one of my favorite places: the Restaurant Bar Ferlaro This summer I went there more often because the tables outside and the fresh air gave relief to the warm of the City,since the beginning of the winter I went there a little less, but it ‘s always a pleasure!
The menu is diverse, it also changes frequently and has some influence fusion.The fish and meat are excellent as well as the first courses and the dessert. Luckily a fresh-menu and a little different from the usual Tortelli e Cappelletti you often eat in Parma city-center!

The presentation of the dishes, like the whole place in general, is very accurate,the waiters are very careful and helpful.
Occasionally the Restaurant organize some party in the evening with dinner and pre disc that is certainly a viable alternative to the usual local!
